Story so far

Station 283 lies on the Nightmare Express's ninety-minute loop between stations 83 and 436. Its platform gives Carl, Princess Donut, and Katia Grim a view of the train's engine, passenger car, monster-filled freight cars, and rear-entry caboose.

Carl and Donut move into the dark tunnel beyond the station to execute their shield ambush. Donut returns safely to the platform, but Carl is struck by the train and carried away past Katia.

Appearance

A long dim railway landing opening into a cold gravel-lined tunnel, built beside the named train's looping route.

Role

The station is the staging point and intended rendezvous for the party's attempt to capture the train.
