Prince Stalwart is the crown prince of the Skull-Empire and elder brother of the disgraced Prince-Maestro — a leaner but equally cruel boar-creature already on the ninth floor setting up the Faction Wars, hundreds of soldiers drilling in the field behind him. After Carl's on-air call for the Skull Empire's people to overthrow King Rust, Stalwart released a statement declaring Carl and Princess Donut executed under Syndicate 'system sovereignty' rules for advocating sedition — and fired a pulse from his personal yacht. It missed: it destroyed Manasa's trailer (which she'd swapped to the party), killing her instead.
In retaliation the Valtay-Corporation destroyed Stalwart's yacht — reportedly killing Queen Consort Ugloo and the former Prince Maestro aboard, though Stalwart himself was on the ninth floor.
