The circus strongman Elite, a vine-necked ogre selling worm-filled iced cream — twin to Signet's three-headed ogre tattoo.
Apollon the Mighty is the circus strongman — the tentacle-necked ogre billed as the Over City's Strongest Citizen — revealed inside the big top to be an Elite in his own right (red dot with a black cross). He now works an 'Iced Cream' stand, offering Carl a petrified cone dipped in writhing bone-white worms. Carl noticed the vine-branch twitching at his neck and that his face — down to a jagged scar on one side of his head — strikingly matches the center head of Tsarina Signet's three-headed ogre Blood-and-Ink-Elemental tattoo, hinting at a deeper connection.
A large ogre strongman with a leopard-skin leotard and a thick vine-branch (once described as a tentacle) sprouting from his neck; a jagged scar across one side of his head, matching Signet's three-headed ogre tattoo.
A circus-strongman Elite tied enigmatically to Signet's tattoo-monsters.
