Witch of Endor

A Pa-aligned conscription ship destroyed by the Free Navy, its death becomes Marco's warning that dissent will be hunted down.

Story so far

The Witch of Endor was part of Michio Pa's conscription squadron, commanded by Carl al-Dujaili and positioned as an early test of whether Pa's revolt could spread. It begins recovering the supply caches once scattered by the Free Navy, acting on Pa's changed priorities.

Marco's forces identify it as rogue, chase it under punishing acceleration, and destroy it with a torpedo after its PDC fire fails to save it. The public recording of the kill answers Pa's mutiny with terror rather than debate: every ship considering her cause now knows that Marco has chosen to make an example of them.

Appearance

A fast Free Navy-associated squadron ship seen under extreme flight, its precise hull details undescribed before it is destroyed in a burst of light.

Role

Its destruction is the first unmistakable military price of Pa's break from Marco.

Relationships

[[Michio Pa]] — It is destroyed for acting in the orbit of Pa's rebellion and relief mission.
[[Marco Inaros]] — His forces kill it to make dissent within the Free Navy visibly fatal.
