A forgotten former crawler who, with the skink Herot, secretly built the seventeenth floor and the Pineapple Cabaret oasis.
Menerva is a former crawler named by Akuma as Herot's partner in building the never-visited seventeenth floor. Together the two indentured former crawlers approached a showrunner for permission to construct that floor — nobody ever reaches it, but showrunners are required to have plans ready — and used the cover to secretly attach a hidden pocket dimension, the Pineapple Cabaret, an oasis for mobs and NPCs to escape the crawl. The showrunner who approved the project was murdered soon after and never transferred the paperwork, so Menerva and Herot became forgotten 'ghosts in the system,' invisible and unsupervised, running their secret sanctuary from scratch each season.
Carl has never heard the name before and files it away as another thread to chase. Nothing further of Menerva's nature or fate is yet known.
