Satan is the country boss of the Satan's Water Park race track — not a devil in any traditional sense but a kaiju-sized male hedgehog, invulnerable and pointedly not meant to be fought. As the water park's owner, he lounges near the exit through the whole race, booming loud commentary and cheerful heckling at the racers ('Jolly good show! Pip-pip!') in a fake British accent, occasionally poking at them, and joking that he hopes none of the slide tubes lead to his butthole.
He spent the race's first half narrating the crawlers' runs. Princess Donut takes furious, personal offense at the entire hedgehog species — 'wannabe, effeminate porcupines,' 'notorious deviants' — a grudge Carl suspects traces back to a kitten-era pet-show loss to an adorable baby hedgehog named Jezebel; she especially loathes his affected British accent.
