Story so far
Stationed on level 120, Hank has known Juliette for a long time and encouraged her to rest when she returned toward Mechanical. He later arrested her on charges of grave crimes against the silo, crying and apologizing as he did so, and confiscated her watch during the escort. Marsh subsequently reported that Hank had severely exerted himself bringing her belongings partway upstairs.
Hank tried to mediate between arguing crowds on level 128. According to Jenkins, he risked his life delivering a radio to the defenders; Walker used parts from his old hip radio in his own communications project. Juliette remembers contacting Hank from the sheriff’s office and now plans to check in with him if she encounters problems on her journey down.
