No Disassemble Robot Killers

No Disassemble EMP Bomb · No Disassemble · The Pulse · no-disassemble-emp-bomb · No Disassembles · no-disassemble

Carl's EMP bomb, whose pulse splattered Fang inside the dragon and destroyed every unshielded cybernetic in range.

Story so far

The pulse from Carl's No Disassemble EMP Bomb killed the pet dragon before Fang could finish installing himself into it, splattering him in the process — the one stroke of luck that ended him for good.

The same pulse ruined many crawlers' cybernetics, including Jamal's fifth set of legs, which failed because they weren't shielded and he stood at the very edge of the blast radius. Carl explains that the wrecked transport broke from the nuke rather than the pulse, and that Louis's implants are heavily shielded — which is why Epitome Tagg survived inside him. The team concludes that if Louis keeps those organs, they can never use these bombs anywhere near him again.

Appearance

A bomb whose detonation produces an electromagnetic pulse rather than a conventional blast, killing machinery across a wide radius.

Role

Anti-machine weapon that killed Fang but crippled friendly cybernetics and now constrains the team's tactics.

Relationships

Carl — His weapon, deployed against the Dream's forces
