The subject of a note Carl sent Florin before the eighth floor ended - acknowledged, and not explained.
Named once, in Florin's chat message waiting for Carl on arrival in Larracos: 'I got your note about Lucia. It looks like you made it, mate.'
The note itself is not reproduced and its contents are not discussed. What the line establishes is that Carl thought it important enough, in the chaos at the end of the eighth floor, to send Florin word about her specifically - and that Florin received it.
Not described.
The subject of a message between allies across the floor transition; a thread left hanging as the ninth floor opens.
