Teleport Ban

Re-enacted by Eris just before Louis crashed, which is why he could not teleport himself out of captivity.

Story so far

Louis had teleports in his inventory the entire time he was held inside The Reaver Castle, but could not use them: Eris had re-enacted the teleport ban just before he crashed. Carl notes that all the officers carried teleports regardless, along with stacks of No Disassemble EMP Bombs and Waffle Makers.

By the time of the rescue, teleports were working again. Juice Box carried two of her own, including one keyed back to the platform, and it was a teleport that finally carried the possessed Louis out to the foot of the transport.

Role

The restriction that stranded Louis in Reaver hands long enough for the surgery to happen.
