skill
Steady
A skill Donut lacks, carried by a plastic baseball hat Katia sets on the charging pillow.
Story so far
Katia places a plastic baseball hat on one of the charging pillows — headgear Carl has never even seen before — because it supposedly carries a buff that would add the Steady skill, which Donut doesn't yet have.
It is the next item queued in the tiara-charging rotation, waiting to drain into Donut's Tiara alongside the Constitution and Dodge enhancements already banked there.
Role
The next buff in line for Donut's tiara.
Relationships
