Edgar's new tattoo ink that captures a fallen crawler's essence and lets the bearer temporarily learn one spell or skill.
Edgar explains that the ink Carl once had, made with toraline, allowed one to borrow spells and skills temporarily from willing subjects and to take them permanently from unwilling ones. With help from Milk, Edgar learned a few new tricks and produced an ink similar to the toraline version but not of that form.
This new ink captures the essence of a fallen crawler in a unique way and allows the bearer to learn one of that crawler's spells or skills. Edgar believes the effect is temporary, and there is no time to experiment with making it permanent. Rosetta suspects the same ink could be used to share skills and spells through the book of Voodoo Donut carries. It is the medium for Donut's Dog Tattoo, carrying Bijanbi from the cleric who fell defending FUPA.
A prepared tattoo ink, applied with a poker, distinct in form from the older toraline-based blood tattoo ink.
The mechanism that transfers a dead crawler's spell into a living one.
