The disused office Carl keeps being yanked into, freshly redecorated with a portrait of Astrid.
Carl slams heavily into a chair in the liaison's office, nearly tumbling out as he rights himself, with Orren seated across from him and his back turned. They are the only two visibly in the room. The office looks much as it did on his last summons and is still clearly out of use, but this time there are no construction noises outside and no music either — just an eerie quiet.
The hallway door stands open, and the wallpaper has changed to multicolored wood paneling like a high-end establishment, hung with a framed painting of Astrid. Carl has lost count of how many times he has been called here. The room is where Orren buries his ball in the wall, raises a Zero Zone, mutes the Syndicate Council, and where Growler Gary eventually appears in the doorway.
A quiet, out-of-use office with new multicolored wood paneling, a framed portrait on the wall, a desk, chairs, and an open door to a hallway.
The recurring interrogation room where the Syndicate confronts Carl off the record.
