Syndicate Council

The Council

The gridlocked governing body that renders even the Prime Minister's office nearly powerless.

Story so far

When Donut realized they now knew a prime minister and asked whether Baroness Victory could stop all this and get them out of here, Victory shut it down. The post is only temporary, and even if it weren't it wouldn't matter: she has less power now than she had as a judge.

The council, she said, is just as bad as it was in the Lemig Sortion days — total gridlock.

Role

The deadlocked legislature that neutralizes Victory's new authority.
