Story so far
Odette explains at the warlord council that the galactic news media center is available as a tier three upgrade, and that every team except the Princess Posse and Team Retribution has purchased it. Normally it grants access to over 100,000 news and entertainment channels across the tunnel.
Because of the live-feed ban that originated with Team Retribution's Emergency Action Item, in-dungeon viewers can no longer watch the live feeds themselves. But the feed *directory* remains active to all subscribers, which is exactly what makes the Feed Directory Loophole possible. Donut's reaction on hearing about the upgrade at all: "Cable? We can get cable?"
