The First Trench

Story so far

Carl's Daughter's Kiss blows apart the enemy's first trench, and by the time he regains consciousness the surrounding ground is carpeted with dead enemies and any semblance of order is gone. Imani tells him the breach is their chance and pushes the advance.

Dazzler salvos land in the gap between this now-captured trench and the Middle Trench behind it. Flying out over the position minutes later, Carl can see nothing but smoke and flashing lights where his soldiers hold the fleeing enemy in place across the broken and surrendered trench.

Appearance

A shattered, corpse-strewn trench line lost in smoke, lit by flashing bombardment.

Role

The assault's first objective, whose fall triggered the enemy retreat into the acid.
