Kevin reports that the Valtay and the Borant Corporation were in court claiming the AI's recent takeover should release them from their financial obligations regarding awarded loot and unauthorized betting events — a response to the seven financially devastating celestial boxes handed out at Club Vanquisher.
Drick, the adjutant for Team Retribution, is a Valtay worm, which is why Carl finds it notable that he reeks of the bar after too much time with Ferdinand.
