Story so far
Baroness Victory explained that people weren't certain about former Prime Minister Fopsy's relationship with The Dream, and so he was passed over for the newly-vacated position of Syndicate Prime Minister. Victory, freshly eligible again after the deaths of her underage relatives in orbit, got the acting appointment instead.
