Southern Front

Quiet sector of the war map in the battle's aftermath, in contrast to the active northern pursuit.

Story so far

Opening his debrief with the line that the map is a mess, Boomer tells Carl that the southern front is quiet for now.

The north is not: Florin's 101st is still chasing the enemy away up there and will establish a beachhead in the old trenches if they keep moving. Carl has already agreed with Florin that pursuing fleeing soldiers outside their own territory is unsafe while the army licks its wounds.

Appearance

A stretch of the war map currently still, with no active fighting reported.

Role

Calm sector giving Carl room to reorganize before launching the naga raid.
