Prism Mercenaries
Ten off-worlder mercenaries who arrive by tank during the assault; Carl stands down because two aren't Prism.
Story so far
Louis reports one of the tank things pulling up outside and roughly ten mercenaries piling out, all off-worlders, apparently unaware of his position. He asks Carl for permission to engage.
Bonnie's read is that most are Prism but at least two are not, and that ambiguity makes Carl hesitate and then order Louis to stand down. The mercenaries walk into the building unopposed — Louis's last transmission is simply "They're going inside" — leaving an unresolved threat closing on The Throne Room as the chapter ends.
