Story so far

Carl tells Baroness Victory the Princess Posse holds three town upgrade coupons: one each for him and Donut from completing the Tina quest on the sixth floor, plus a Tier Three Upgrades pull he just got from a box. He asks whether they can be spent on Shanty Town.

Victory confirms it absolutely, and notes that combined with the new City Defense System the AI created, they might be able to get something similar to what Larracos has. But she also flags the alternative: the coupons could go into their own base at the Fupa instead, and that may be the better choice.
