Story so far
The temple is where Carl's half of The Plan converges. Katia had the Wire Coils set up and was waiting on him; Carl loaded hundreds of Potion Balls in the Saferoom and set out to meet her and Li Na in Shanty Town.
From aboard Party Planner, Donut cut into the officer chat in all capitals: she was on the airplane, and Carl needed to move his butt to that temple. Mordecai's warning framed what waited there—within days the crawlers would be neck deep in gods, and every one Carl angered now would come straight for him.
