Story so far
The Desperado Club appears in the epilogue as a line item on a bad contract. Among the exit deals Quasar lays out for Carl after Faction Wars is a slot in the Desperado Club bomber's guild - an offer that would, on its face, suit the dungeon's most famous demolitions man.
The catch is the contingent exit clause, which Quasar says is almost as bad as the one Milk had, and he groups it with the rest of the offers as garbage. Carl turns it down along with everything else, and the club's guilds remain part of the world he is walking away from rather than into.
Role
The between-floors institution whose bomber's guild is one of Carl's rejected exits.
