The seat of the gods, named as one of the three realms the broken Nothing began draining into.
Story so far
Immediately after Justice Light's trap shattered The Nothing, three system messages named where it was going. The first announced that the Nothing was currently draining into the Halls of the Ascendency — the domain of the ascended gods themselves.
The other two destinations were Sheol and Scolopendra's Lair, and the last of these woke Scolopendra. Justice Light never saw any of these messages; he was already burning.
Role
One of three realms invaded by the draining Nothing, putting the gods themselves in its path.
