Colloid Bank

Colloid

The only bank the orcs use, and the institution through which Rosetta drained King Rust's fortune.

Story so far

On his call with the Syndicate prime minister, Orren pieces together how the theft was executed. Withdrawing the funds required King Rust's family ring, his eyeball, and a password; the Liaisons already know how Rosetta obtained the first two. It sounds like she used Colloid, and while Orren says he is normally not one to believe in coincidences, in this case Colloid is the only bank the orcs use, so it makes sense.

The money moved onto a Credit Chit and was then transferred onward, beyond recovery. The Live-Feed Blackout never covered monetary transactions — the council's own decision, over liaison advice — so nothing stopped it, and the officials trying to claw the funds back are told it is too late.

Role

The orcs' exclusive bank, whose biometric security Rosetta satisfied with a stolen ring and eyeball.
