Story so far
The Madness advance came as hundreds of troop-laden dune buggies, which slowed at the sudden appearance of several thousand new soldiers and stopped about a full kilometer from the treeline. From there they fired flares and Torch spells into the smoky night and raised a wall of shields.
The Cheese Cutters salvo walked a string of explosions across the line, shattering shields and killing most of the Mind Mages. Then Bring Forth the Witnesses lifted every soldier off them, and the buggies were simply left there, abandoned on the field.
