The Cheese Cutter Missiles
The crawlers' guided missiles, whose final salvo shatters the Madness shield line and kills most of its mind mages.
Story so far
Bomo reported over chat that these were the last missiles, and Carl told him to fire them. Rosetta warned Prepotente of the friendly launch crossing his airspace, and a string of explosions walked its way across the line of Madness dune buggies. Shields glowed and shattered, and more than half of the mind mages Carl had painted with his new level-16 Mind Balance sight were simply gone.
It wasn't enough to win, but the psionic attacks on Carl ceased and the Madness soldiers began spreading out — unaware the crawlers were now completely out of missiles.
