Blamed by Samantha for her daughter's death and the target of Samantha's threatened nuclear revenge at the college.

Story so far

Grieving the daughter she believes died in the acid, Samantha declares that it is actually Tish's fault — she is quite certain of it — and that once this business is done she is going to plant the nuke she stole from Buster up at the college.

Carl shuts the threat down immediately, telling her she will not be nuking anyone, while privately noting he is carrying one of those nukes himself on a Robot Doggies unit and has no intention of mentioning it to her.
