Story so far
Samantha's daughter surfaces in this chapter as the reason Kimaris matters to her. Asked who he was to her, Samantha said he was the one who gave her the potion that would put her baby in her when she couldn't get pregnant.
The favor is the anchor of a friendship Samantha insists on, even though she cannot remember how it began — a gap she notices and calls weird before storming back into the Saferoom.
