Story so far

When The Reavers reassign a floor's workers for the opening of The Eighth Floor, the job Dante and Justice Light are handed is snow castle guard captain. Dante frames it as the good news: the castle sits inside a settlement rather than a boss room, so they remain tagged as White-Tagged NPCs rather than mobs, and jobs like this usually don't require facing crawlers at all.

He also admits he has no idea what to expect there, and that they will not be protected. Justice Light points out that they are both marked Non-Combatant and were promised they would never fight unless they were Tenners. The post proves as dangerous as feared: Dante's record lists him as killed by Administrative Action while temporarily reassigned as an ice castle guard.
