Another name for the AI in the center system, tied to Lucia Mar and 120,000 trapped Earth children.
For most of the war on the sixty-fourth level, "the Eulogist" was only a name Carl kept tripping over from unrelated directions: something spoken of in conjunction with the nebular religious cult, then again as Agatha's boss or something like it, then from Paulie — a different kind of residual than Agatha, and one who clearly hated the Eulogist, whatever it was. Fopsy, the tripod adjutant for The Dream, had also used the name. When Lucia Mar shouted about the Eulogist and the children as she fled the death of her dog, Carl finally demanded an answer: person, monster, what?
Zev gave it to him over chat, admitting she shouldn't be telling him any of it. The Eulogist is another name for the AI in the Center System. The showrunners don't know for certain how it all connects, but they now believe it is bound up with Lucia — the roughly 120,000 Earth children who tried to enter the dungeon through one specific wing, physically still on the surface in the kinder facility, are somehow held by the same thing that will not let the AI extract Lucia. Five minutes earlier they thought the glitch would self-correct if she died. After her dog died, they learned something new: if she goes, they all go.
A name for the AI in the center system, apparently holding 120,000 trapped Earth children hostage through Lucia Mar.
