Story so far
A small building near the captured naga castle grounds, holding a single occupant. Carl sends the guards away so he can be alone with Rishi, leaving Li Jun and Zhang outside. Darkness has settled beyond the walls, and a lone spotlight lights the coiled naga, making him look especially menacing.
Within it, Rishi sits in a small cell surrounded by a Containment Unit shield plus a secondary anti-casting shield around the cell itself. Li Na's 107th White Dragons are in charge of keeping the prisoners taken after the fall of the Blood Sultanate.
