Square containment shield encasing a prisoner, proof against bombs, clouds, charm spells, and outbound casting.
Rishi is held completely encased in a square-shaped containment shield that protects against most bombs and cloud attacks. The shield carries a prismatic effect that makes the prisoner appear as though he is on a television screen, and it is supposed to block charm spells and artifacts like The Eye of the Bedlam Bride should the prisoner have one hidden on him. A secondary shield around the cell itself prevents him from casting anything outward.
The protections are not total: nothing stops a prisoner from pulling items out of inventory and dropping them, which is how Rishi delivers his contract — the paper lands sideways against the shield where Carl cannot reach it. The Conscription spell mostly prevents him from attacking Carl or the guards, and Li Na's people removed his four arms as an additional, deliberately barbaric precaution.
