Story so far

Edgar the tortoise mage holds Part of the Background at level 15, and at that rank it is close to absolute: an entire army would march right past him and never notice unless someone actually tripped over him. It is what makes a creature as slow as Edgar the ideal scout for a route through Naga Territory.

Paired with his level-15 Sense Movement, the skill lets him sit unnoticed inside enemy ground and report on what moves there in the hours before Operation: Snake Pit.
