A gnoll security guard in power armor who patiently chases Ferdinand around the room to scan him.
Neelii is one of a trio of gnolls in power armor who enter the waiting room to perform The Security Check on the arriving warlords. While his colleagues sweep Carl and Princess Donut for explosives, Neelii is left trying to scan Ferdinand, who hisses, swipes, and backs into a corner. Donut defuses it by naming him aloud and vouching for him as very nice once you get to know him — Carl has no idea how she knows the guard's name, but she makes a point of knowing everybody's.
Neelii simply sighs, waves the scanner over the terrified orange cat, declares him clear, and clanks out with the others while Ferdinand shouts threats at their backs.
A hyena-faced gnoll encased in the same heavy power armor the security detail wore aboard the space station, feet clonking on the floor.
Syndicate security guard scanning warlords for weapons before the council.
