Gondolas
Cable-strung gondola lines connecting the eighth floor's mountains, the only route for flightless crawlers.
Story so far
This season The Reavers have built The Eighth Floor as multiple mountains, all connected with wires and gondolas. For crawlers who could fly this would be decoration; for this season's flightless mantis crawlers, including York, the cables are the only way across.
That is the design's cruelty in miniature: cold peaks the crawlers are poorly suited to, joined by suspended lines they have no alternative to. Settlements sit among the mountains — one holds the snow castle Dante and Justice Light are reassigned to guard as Snow Castle Guard Captains.
Appearance
Cable cars suspended on wires strung between snow-covered mountain peaks.
Role
The eighth floor's transit system, and a chokepoint for crawlers who cannot fly.
