Hekla

Eris's Pilot

Eris's dead pilot, whose voice still faintly colors the goddess's speech now that her sponsor is gone.

Story so far

When Eris spoke to Carl on the Nest Tower, he noted that she still sounded oddly like Hekla, but not nearly as much now that her pilot was dead. Her system description confirms the shift: Eris has lost her sponsor and can no longer be sponsored this season, which for the first time in the history of Faction Wars lets her true personality and true purpose shine through.

Hekla's death is thus the precondition for everything Eris does in this chapter, from the chaos spinner that saved Carl's Pied Piper skill to the intelligence dump about Paca and Britney.

Role

The deceased pilot whose loss frees Eris from sponsorship and control.
