Mordecai's Special Brew
Mordecai's own potion, poured into Louis's open chest to hold him through the organ swap.
Story so far
Edgar's surgical plan calls for the special brew potion the instant the old organs come out, giving them roughly thirty seconds to get the naiad heart and lungs in and grafted. Donut stands ready over the open chest on a high chair, vial in hand.
When the machine heart stops early and Bucket Boy rips the organs free, Edgar shouts for the potion and Donut pours it straight into Louis's open, gushing chest cavity. It buys exactly the window Mordecai needs, and he finishes with ten seconds left on the rapid healing.
