Heathen Scald

Level 15 Celestial Boon from Emberus adding scald damage to every punch Carl throws this floor.

Story so far

When Mork dies and Kill the Blasphemer completes, Emberus answers with ten seconds of uncontrolled, absolutely unhinged shrieking laughter and grants Carl a Celestial Boon. The tattoos on the backs of Carl's hands begin to burn as the system announces he has been blessed by his deity.

Heathen Scald arrives at level 15. For the remainder of this floor, any punch attack adds Heathen Scald skill damage — a natural fit for a fighter whose primary weapons are his fists and feet. Carl has no time to look up the details, with the lobby dissolving into massacre around him.
