Story so far
Syndicate security corvettes patrol the space above Earth, and by the standards of the epilogue they are badly outmatched. Even they do not bother carrying enhancement zone weapons, because such guns are expensive, take up space, and cannot be used outside the center system.
The Homecoming Queen carries a full complement anyway, on Porthus's orders, and at the epilogue those systems are green across the board - making a Crest behemoth very likely the strongest ship in orbit. Security never fired on it during the fighting, never noticed it destroy The Orc Yacht, and watched it withdraw with the other transports. Now Porthus's broadcast declares that a militant group is moving against all Syndicate governmental properties and systems across the known universe.
