Story so far
When Panford strips two Tech Slots from the The Democratic Sortion as part of the first of three Warlord Penalties, he notes that those slots are currently filled with mechanized armor — and that both units are therefore immediately disbanded.
The detail confirms mechanized armor as a premium, slot-limited asset class in the warlord game, and its loss compounds the sortion's 25% force reduction just moments before Commander Stockade's death erases the team entirely and hands whatever remains to The Madness.
