Story so far
The Outreach Guild is named in the final line of York's status entry: Entering Outreach Guild. It follows immediately after his quest completion for This Is How the Gristle Grinds and after his listing as a captain in the newly coined resistance organization.
For a former Game Guide and Guildhall Instructor who has just committed a massacre for the cause and finally felt something about it, the guild reads as the machinery by which the resistance takes its message and its recruiting outward - the institutional face of a movement that has just declared war on the Syndicate across the known universe.
