character

Zev

the kua-tin agent

Reinstated as the party's agent, Zev masks crucial intel as on-air outrage — her 'Party citizen' act cracking to reveal a secret ally.

Story so far

Zev, the kua-tin Borant agent restored to Carl and Princess Donut's account, proves to be a covert ally. She relays that a last-ditch legal challenge to Carl's plan failed — the Skull Empire's suit dismissed because Carl now owns Skull Empire stock, and the Valtay Corporation sent an attorney to help Borant defeat it — and passes a message from Borant's new politburo controllers: they approve Carl's scheme (it costs rival sponsors fortunes) but warn game-breaking antics won't be tolerated in future. As Carl floods Larracos, her horrified rant ('This is not what you promised... you've killed thousands') dawns on Carl as an act: she's giddily feeding him the strategic consequences — the drowned markets and dead merchant NPCs that can't be replaced, the faction-wars economy in freefall, the AI spiraling early.

Her flat 'good citizen' persona is a mask over genuine partisanship for Carl.

Appearance

A two-foot-tall kua-tin agent (a small amphibious alien), speaking in a flat 'Stepford' voice that cracks with real feeling.

Role

The party's kua-tin agent and secret ally, smuggling intel behind a mask of outrage.

Relationships

Carl — Whom she covertly aids by disguising intel as scripted outrage.
Princess Donut — With whom she secretly communicates, likely via the social-media board.
Larracos — The flooded city whose consequences she frantically 'reports.'
