Firas M

Firas

Once a low-level laggard, Firas has become a confident biplane pilot for the party, ferrying the house between quadrants.

Story so far

Firas M has transformed during Carl's absence: from the level-22 straggler Carl first met, he's climbed to level 30 and become — with Louis — one of the party's skilled biplane pilots, flying the captured balloon-house between quadrants. He meets the returning Carl and Princess Donut with new swagger, briefing them on the decapitated house, the chainsaw buzz-ards that keep severing water lines, the coming Red Equinox, and the fate of crawlers across the season. Warm and talkative, he happily caps the broken water main after landing and marvels at how much has changed.

Appearance

A tall, now-confident man who stands to his full height, brushing desert dust off his boots, grinning.

Role

One of the party's two upgraded biplane pilots and a cheerful source of intel.

Relationships

Louis Santiago — His fellow pilot, with whom he ferries the house and secures landing zones.
Carl — The crawler he briefs on all he missed during the five-day absence.
Katia Grim — The leader he flew and fought under during Carl's absence.
