Story so far

Sausage was the beloved pet pig of Bonnie, Commandant Kane's daughter, and the linchpin of a tragedy: taken and held as collateral by the Bactrian camels (their equivalent of the Wynne hostage arrangement, sunned once a day to prove the pig lived), Sausage was ultimately not kept safe. When the pig died, Bonnie's inconsolable tantrum was soothed only by watching her father bomb the neutral changeling settlement to oblivion. Sausage is also the pig the subterranean crawlers accidentally killed while trying to reach a Gate map — meaning had the party reached the Bactrian town first, they might have used the pig to board the Wasteland.

Bonnie now runs "The Sausage Memorial Fund Lemonade Stand" in his memory, beside her father's corpse.
