The weary Swashbuckler joins Carl's dive into the Akula, cracking Star Trek red-shirt jokes to mask his dread.
Tran, the level-28 human Swashbuckler from Gwen's land-quadrant crew, is drafted as the fourth diver for the Akula raid on the strength of his Pathfinder skill. Deadpan and fatalistic, he asks Vadim whether he owns a red shirt — 'I feel as if I should put one on' — a joke the gecko-man doesn't get. He rides Katia Grim's diving bell down, vomits with the others when their water-breathing spells lapse in the drained airlock, and helps navigate the flooded halls, spotting the hidden Bugbear's Delight boss box under the grating.
When Quetzalcoatlus's ghost-scream redlines Vadim, Tran keeps his head and casts Heal Others to stabilize him.

A land-quadrant Swashbuckler and diver, the raid's fatalistic navigator and secondary healer.
