Clay is the eight-foot camel NPC who opens Hump Town's great drum-door for the party, a level-30 Dromedarian in headscarf and robes carrying a spear and a homemade rocket-mortar strung with five Guided Anti-Air Rockets. Despite his desert-nomad look he talks like a gruff biker, snorting snot and demanding the town's toll of "gold, drugs, or pleasure." Carl offers a single Blitz Stick; Clay pockets it, lights it, waves them in — then brags to the other camels that he massively overcharged, revealing the newcomers got scammed. He warns them to stay out of city hall (spawning that quest), points them to Hump Street's brothels, and disdains the bull-god Grull.
