Story so far
The Thorny Devil is a level-34 brown-and-orange speckled lizard the size of a grizzly bear, armored in angry ten-inch spikes and undulating like a running crocodile, that ambushes the party on the dunes. Its thick armor shrugs off Katia's crossbow bolts, but Princess Donut's enhanced Magic Missiles and Carl's Hob-Lobber tear it apart — while Carl's Extinction Sigil Tattoo makes it hit 20% harder as a lizard-class mob. The system warns these have a "reverse harem" structure with a deadly queen somewhere on the floor.
Drops a liver and valuable teeth.
Appearance
A grizzly-bear-sized brown-and-orange speckled lizard bristling with ten-inch defensive spikes, long red darting tongue, moving with a crocodile's undulating gait.
Role
A common but dangerous desert boss-mob of the Air Quadrant, extra-lethal to Carl.
