Story so far
From his Platinum Asshole's Box (for the Extinction Event that wiped out the Wall Monitors), Carl gains the Extinction Sigil Tattoo — a tiny lizard-foot mark below his left eye. It removes automatic hostility from any natural enemies of lizard-class creatures, but makes lizard-class enemies deal 20% more damage to him (150% more for Wall Monitors). It can only be hidden with a cover-up sleeve — useless on a face — leaving Carl with a permanent, visible third tattoo alongside his goblin-pass and Desperado Club marks.

A tiny lizard-foot tattoo, freckle-small, just below Carl's left eye.
Role
A permanent facial brand marking Carl as the Wall Monitors' exterminator.
