The lizard creatures of the fourth floor's abyss, wiped out entirely when Carl's train blew through the portal.
Story so far
The Wall Monitors were the lizard-class creatures dwelling in the fourth floor's abyss. When Carl's Nightmare train punched through the portal and detonated, it killed every last one, earning him the Extinction Event achievement and the Extinction Sigil Tattoo — which now makes any surviving lizard-class enemies especially hostile toward him.

Lizard-class monsters native to the fourth-floor abyss; now extinct.
Role
An extinct lizard species whose annihilation branded Carl with a sigil tattoo.
Relationships
Carl — Their exterminator, now marked by their extinction sigil.
